Product Description
This cloth book has a mix of high-contrast images, crinkly pages and a mirror to stimulate a baby's senses and make this a first introduction to books. It also has a strap, so it can be attached to cots or buggies, and very simple text to help parents discuss the images with baby.

 Good but the babyshapes books and mobile set is better., 2010-07-27
Babies love looking at faces and this has both faces and patterns. Best used for babies from around 6 weeks (if your baby is over 3 months, I wouldn't bother to buy this as you won't get much use from it.)
But the babyshapes 3 book is much better (in the pack with the mobile), much more faces and variety than in this one.
He does like the mirror on the front though and likes talking to the "other baby"!

I bought this book as my son took a liking to a similar book at baby class. I bought it when he was 4 weeks old and he still loves it at 10 weeks old. He can sit and look at it for a long time, I usuallytalk him throught the simple pictures as we 'read' it. He especially enjoys a page which has a yellow white and black pattern which looks like a noughts and crosses type pattern, and of course the mirror on the front page.
He pulls some wonderful faces as he trys to take in the patterns so its not just entertaining for him its entertaining for me too! I would really reccommend this book for young babies

I bought this book for my baby girl who's now one and again for her baby cousin who's a month old as it is so nice. Babies really do look at it, like the sound it makes when touching the pages and especially the little mirror at the front. So cheap and a great buy

This book was bought to go with Baby's First Year Memories for Life: A keepsake journal of milestone moments (Baby Record Book). It is a lovely soft fabric book with mirror to give both baby and parents hours of pleasure.

My little girl loves this look and finds it very stimulating. I bought it for her when she was 5 weeks old and she loves to stare at it and you can see her looking all around the pages, taking everything in. A great stimulant for young babies which is wipe clean and made of a tough material. I definitely recommend this
